This Privacy Policy explains how V2030 LLC ("V2030 LLC", "we", "us") handles information in the mobile and web applications we develop and publish. V2030 LLC is the entity legally responsible for the services described here and for the personal data processed in them.

1. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not serve advertising and do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not embed third-party tracking or analytics for advertising purposes.

2. Using our products without an account

Our products can be used without creating an account. Where an account is optional, choosing not to create one does not restrict access to the core functionality of the product.

3. Information we process when you choose to provide it

• Account information. If you sign in — including through Sign in with Apple — we store the identifier provided by the sign-in provider and your email address, and use them only to keep your own preferences synchronised across your devices.
• Notifications. If you enable notifications, we store the device token issued by the operating system together with your notification preferences (such as language and alert level), solely to deliver the notifications you asked for. You can disable notifications at any time in the application or in your device settings.
• Location. Where a product offers a map, location is used on your device only, to centre that map. It is not transmitted to us.
• Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We process the information above to provide the functionality you requested, to keep the service secure and operational, and to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis for processing — notifications, for example — you may withdraw it at any time by turning the feature off.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the products (for example, Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications to Apple devices, and our hosting and network providers). They may process the data only on our instructions. We also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

6. Retention

Account and preference data are kept while your account exists. Notification tokens are kept while notifications remain enabled and are removed when the operating system reports the token as no longer valid, or when you disable notifications.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including deletion of your account. Write to m@v2030.net from the address associated with your account and we will act on the request.

8. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

V2030 LLC is established in the United States, and the infrastructure operating our products may process data in the United States and in Europe.

10. Changes

If this Policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
