These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications published by V2030 LLC ("V2030 LLC", "we", "us"). V2030 LLC is the entity legally responsible for these services. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. The services

V2030 LLC is a consumer software development and publishing company. We design, build and publish mobile and web applications for consumers. The specific features of each product are described within that product.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services in violation of any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the services or the systems that operate them.
• Do not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the content of the services except where a product explicitly provides for it.

3. Accounts

Where an account is offered, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion.

4. Paid features and subscriptions

Where a product offers a paid subscription purchased through an app store, the purchase, its renewal, its price and any refund are handled by that app store under its own terms, and your subscription is managed in your app-store account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

5. Third-party content

Some products present or link to material published by third parties. That material remains the responsibility of its publisher; a link is not an endorsement, and V2030 LLC does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party content.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks and content created by V2030 LLC remain the property of V2030 LLC. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the services as intended.

7. Availability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of a service. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V2030 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services where these Terms are breached. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

If these Terms change, the revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
